How It Works
From Sign-Up to Token Holder in Four Steps
Step 1 — Create Your Account
Sign up and complete identity verification on the Travaleo platform. Available to U.S. accredited investors and qualified international investors under Reg S.
Step 2 — Complete KYC / AML
Our compliance infrastructure verifies your identity, accreditation status, and regulatory eligibility. All checks are administered through Travaleo's institutional-grade onboarding system.
Step 3 — Select & Subscribe
Review offering documentation (PPM), select your investment amount (minimum $25,000), and complete the subscription agreement. Capital is held in escrow until closing.
Step 4 — Receive Your Tokens
Upon closing, tokenized membership interests are issued to your verified wallet. Quarterly distributions begin as the underlying asset generates income.
